Thank you for choosing this Hermès hat in felt. Made of carefully selected rabbit or beaver hair, it is the product of artisanal hatmaking know-how requiring approximately ten successive operations. Though this exceptionnal material is waterproof and easy to care for, a few preventative measures must be taken in order to preserve its beauty over time :
- If your hat is exposed to rain,let it dry naturally. Avoid exposure to sources of artificial or excessive heat : heater, radiator, lamp or leaving it in the car in the sun.
- To remove dust, gently brush it anti-clockwise using a soft brush.
- When you are not wearing it, store your hat upside down on a flat surface or in a suitable hat box : this will enhance the stability of its shape.
- Finally, we strongly advise against any kind of cleaning. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your Hermès store.
- Complimentary ground shipping within 1 to 10 business days for items up to $2,000
