Delivery

Enjoy complimentary Ground shipping on all items up to $2,000. 
Express delivery is required for orders greater than $2,000. 
Items greater than $25,000 will require White Glove delivery. 
Delivery costs depend on the service you select: 
Express 2 day service will cost $35, Standard Overnight service will cost $60, Priority Overnight service will cost $70, and Saturday Delivery service will cost $85. 
White Glove delivery will cost $500. 
For furniture, a transportation fee of 6% of the retail subtotal of the order, excluding sales tax, and not to exceed $5,000, will be charged when your Product is ready to ship.

Orders ship Monday through Friday with the exception of national holidays. Orders with expedited delivery must reach us before 2 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) to ship same day unless an item is subject to a ship delay. 
Overnight and Saturday delivery are not available options for Hawaii and Alaska. 

Ground:Orders will ship within two business days from the date placed. Allow one to ten business days for delivery once in transit. 
2-Day: Allow two business days for delivery. 
Overnight: Expected delivery is the following business day. 
Priority Overnight: Expected delivery is the following business day between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in most areas.  
Saturday Delivery: Orders must be placed between Thursday 2 p.m. and Friday 1:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). 
In-Store Pickup: Orders will ship from our distribution center to the store selected at checkout via 2-Day service. Allow two business days for delivery. You will be notified by email when your order is available in-store.

To track your order, click the "your account" link located at the top right of the Hermes.com website. Log in, then use the menu to track your order. If necessary, please feel free to contact us by email or telephone at 800-441-4488, option 1, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 9 pm EST and Saturday from 10 am to 9 pm EST.

Items purchased may only be shipped within the continental US and to Alaska and Hawaii. 
*Orders may not be shipped to PO boxes, APO/DPO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Oregon, freight forwarders, or to any address outside of the United States. 
Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are restricted to Ground or 2 Day delivery. Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight, and Saturday delivery are not available shipping methods. 
Orders shipping to a store for pick-up are restricted to 2 Day delivery. There is a shipping fee of $35.
Orders greater than $2,000 require Express delivery with their associated shipping fees: 2 Day for $35, Standard Overnight for $60, Priority Overnight for $70, or Saturday delivery for $85.
Orders greater than $25,000 require White Glove delivery with a $500 shipping fee.
Orders ship in their entirety to the delivery address entered at the time of checkout. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address. 
Small leather goods and handbags may not be shipped to Oregon, Delaware, New Hampshire, Montana and Alaska.
Python and lizard products may not be shipped to California. Shearling may not be shipped to select areas in California.
Fragrance, beauty products, AirTags and power banks are required to ship Ground service.
Furniture and lighting are required to ship Freight delivery.

The shipping costs for expedited delivery charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable. If an item is exchanged, the shipping fee for the first delivery will not be refunded. You will not be charged a shipping fee for the second delivery except if a faster shipping method is requested.

A signature is required upon receipt of your package.

We can indeed deliver to your hotel. Please provide the name and address of your hotel, as well as the dates that you will be staying there, in the "comments" area when you place your order so that our Customer Service can have your package delivered within the given time frame. If we are unable to deliver within this time frame, we will contact you to give you prior notice.
