Please read carefully the following terms and conditions of sale applicable to the Hermes.com website (the "Website").

The seller of the products on the Website is Hermès Japon Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), a subsidiary of Hermès International.

These terms and conditions of sale (these "Conditions of Sale") apply to any purchase of products offered for sale on the Website. The Company only accepts orders placed on the Website by individuals or legal entities for purposes other than resale. Resale or distribution of Hermès products purchased on the Website is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
Customers placing orders for products on the Website will be required to consent to these Conditions of Sale in force at the time such orders are placed.
About "petit h" products (launched in September 2016)
Hermès Sellier stocks materials which were not used by various divisions within the Hermès Group (leather, metal parts including precious metals, crystal, porcelain, enamel, and textiles, etc.) and/or products bearing the Hermès name made from these materials (the "Materials") which, for some reason, have been slated for disposal. The Hermès Group established an internal division called "petit h" to create new products ("petit h" products) by making the Materials available to artisans, artists, and designers, and by encouraging collaboration with craftspeople possessing a variety of skills within the Hermès Group.
In order to distinguish "petit h" products from other collections sold in Hermès stores, Hermès Sellier applies a distinctive mark to "petit h" products.
3-1. Account Creation Requirements
When creating an account, you are requested to register information that can be officially verified as your own and that enables the Company to contact you. Only one account may be created per person. If it is confirmed that multiple accounts have been created by the same person or using information identical or similar to information already registered, or that a single account is being used by multiple individuals, the Company may request that you submit proof of your identity and may, where appropriate, delete such account(s).
Please note that orders for products placed on the Website are delivered via domestic courier services within Japan, and therefore we ask that you enter your account registration details in Japanese.
3-2. Account Deletion
Customers who wish to delete their account are requested to contact Customer Support (Tel.: 03-3569-3300, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
To prevent impersonation, you will be asked to submit proof of your identity in advance. Your account will be deleted once your identity has been verified.
Please note that, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, accounts that have not been used for a certain period may be deleted.
Products and prices displayed on the Website are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified at the time you place your order. However, in cases where the same product is ordered simultaneously by multiple customers, your order may be cancelled.
In case your product cannot be shipped, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone as soon as it is reasonably practicable. In such cases, you may either change your order to another product available on the Website or cancel your order.
Any amount that has been charged to your bank account despite cancellation of your order will be refunded (as refunds are processed via the credit card company, the timing of the refund may vary depending on your credit card company). The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any product being out of stock or for the possibility of such a product being restocked. The Company may change the products displayed on the Website at any time without prior notice.
5-1. Purchases - Conditions for Placing Orders
You can order Hermès products directly online via the Internet on the Website. When you select a product on the Website, a shopping cart for the product will automatically be displayed showing a picture of the product, the color and product number, selected quantity, unit price, and total amount payable. Before finalizing your order, please check that this information corresponds to your selections.
Once you have finished selecting products, click "Proceed to Checkout" to move to the payment process. If you have an account, please enter your password to log in. If you do not have an account, please create one.
Once you finalize your order, the details of your order will be transmitted to the Company for processing. Every effort is made to ensure that the colors, designs, and shapes of Hermès products in the images displayed on the Website correspond as closely as possible to the actual products. However, there may be differences due to technical limitations, such as in color reproduction, on your computer equipment. Accordingly, neither the Company nor Hermès International shall be liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the images or graphical representations of Hermès products displayed on the Website resulting from such technical limitations. Please direct any queries concerning products to Customer Support (Tel.: 03-3569-3300, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
The Company may refuse orders from customers with whom a dispute relating to a previous order is pending, customers who the Company suspects, on reasonable grounds, have previously violated these Conditions of Sale or are currently involved in fraudulent activities or resale activities, or any other customer whom the Company reasonably considers it should not transact with.
5-2. Purchases - Formation of Contract
5-2-1. Formation of Contract
At the end of the ordering process, you will be required to click "Pay". Once your order and payment have been finalized, your order will be transmitted to the Company for processing. At that time, your offer to purchase will be accepted by the Company and the contract of sale will become effective.
Afterward, an e-mail with the subject line "Your Order", confirming receipt of your order and setting out its details, will be sent to you from the Website. By finalizing your order, you accept all provisions of these Conditions of Sale. The data recorded on the Website shall constitute evidence of all transactions between you and the Company.
However, in the following cases, your order may be cancelled, as an exception, even after the "Your Order" e-mail has been sent:
- where the same product has been ordered simultaneously by multiple customers and stock is insufficient;
- where the product scheduled for shipping is found to be defective;
- where it is determined that shipment cannot be successfully completed based on the information registered at the time the order is placed;
- where final settlement of the total amount payable is not successfully completed at the time of shipment; or
- where, for any other reason, it is confirmed that the order cannot be shipped.
If your order is cancelled, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone as soon as it is reasonably practicable. In such cases, the Company will not be able to reserve the same product and the relevant order will be cancelled. You will be required to place a new order from among the products displayed on the Website.
5-2-2. Purchase Limits of Certain Products
In order to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for as many customers as possible, limitations may be placed on the quantity and/or the period during which certain products may be purchased. The details of such limitations will be provided on the relevant product page and in the Frequently Asked Questions section. As soon as it is found that orders placed during the applicable period exceed the maximum quantity permitted per customer, the excess portion of such orders will be cancelled automatically. You will not be able to choose which products are to be cancelled.
Any attempt to circumvent the above limitations, including by the same individual using multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited. If such conduct is detected, the Company may refuse to enter into any further transactions with the customer.
6-1. Purchases - Product Prices
Product prices (consumption tax included) are indicated in Japanese yen and do not include shipping fees (see 8-1. Shipping and Delivery). The Company may change the prices of products displayed on the Website at any time without prior notice to customers. The price displayed on the Website at the time you finalize your order will be the amount charged to you, provided that the product is in stock at that time.
The Company makes the utmost effort to display accurate product information on the Website. In the unlikely event that a product price listed on the Website is incorrect, the price and your order will be handled as follows.
If the correct price is lower than the price displayed on the Website, you will be charged the lower price.
If the correct price is higher than the price displayed on the Website, the Company may, at its discretion, either contact you before shipment to inform you of the correct price and request your instructions as to whether to proceed with shipment or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
6-2. Purchases - Payment
6-2-1. General Payment Terms
Payment may be made by credit card (one-time payment only), Apple Pay, or PayPay (excluding use for exchanges, see "10-1-1. Exchanges via Website").
When you select "Add to Cart" during the ordering process, the buttons for payment method selectionwill be displayed on the page of the product that has been added. After you select one of these buttons, you will be required to consent to these Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy. If you do not have an account at the time you place your order, you will be required to create one.
Once your order is completed, you will be redirected to a Hermes.com confirmation page.
- If you have an account, your order will automatically be linked to your account.
- If you do not have an account, you will receive an e-mail with the subject line "Account Registration Information" after your order is completed. Once you set a password via the link in the e-mail, you will be able to use your account.
6-2-2. Payment by Credit Card
If you choose to pay by credit card, please enter your credit card information at the time you place your order.
All orders must be paid in Japanese yen. The only credit cards that may be used are MasterCard®, Visa®, Diners Club®, American Express®, JCB®, and Discover®. The credit card must be in the name of the person placing the order. At the Company's discretion, credit cards issued overseas may not be accepted as a means of payment. Your method of payment will be verified, and once the payment has been authorized, the products you have ordered will be shipped.
At the time the products you have ordered are shipped from the warehouse, your credit card will be charged via Hermès International, which has been entrusted by the Company to submit charges to your credit card company. If any of the products you have ordered are out of stock, you will be charged only for the price, taxes, and shipping fees relating to the products that are in stock.
The Website has introduced VISA Authentication Service (Verified by Visa®), MasterCard SecureCode®, J/secure®, American Express SafeKey®, and Protect Buy® as the cardholder authentication systems. Customers who place orders for products on the Website will automatically use these authentication systems. These systems are used to provide an extra layer of protection against the unauthorized use of your credit card when shopping online. You will be required to provide the information necessary for authentication and to use these systems in accordance with the terms and conditions and any other instructions established by your credit card company. Direct any queries regarding these authentication systems to your credit card company.
6-2-3. Payment by Apple Pay
Payment by Apple Pay is available only on Apple devices on which you have entered your information in the Apple Pay application.
6-2-4. Payment by PayPay
Payment by PayPay can be made using "PayPay balance" and "PayPay credit."
*Payment by PayPay is not available in secret browsers or private mode on your smartphones.
The Company will retain title to the products until payment has been made in full, and title to the products will pass to the customer upon completion of payment. Please note that the Company shall not accept any liability whatsoever in the event of loss, theft, damage, or other similar occurrences affecting the products.
8-1. Shipping and Delivery
8-1-1. Delivery to Designated Location
Products will be delivered in special packaging. You cannot specify the courier service.
Delivery is limited to addresses within Japan. However, there are certain areas where delivery is impossible.
The Company does not accept orders for international shipment, including via overseas forwarding services. Please note that if you specify an overseas forwarding service or other international shipment, the Company may, at its discretion, cancel your order.
Products will be delivered to the address you enter on the delivery address screen. Orders are normally shipped within five business days from the business day following acceptance of your order (excluding the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon (a Japanese summer holiday period), and other long extended holiday periods).
Delivery may be delayed due to a high volume of orders, traffic conditions, or the region where you live. If the product you ordered is sold out or cannot be delivered for any other reason, you will be contacted by Customer Support (Tel.: 03-3569-3300, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) by e-mail or telephone. The shipping fee is a flat rate of 770 yen (including consumption tax) per order anywhere in Japan.
You will be required to pay the shipping fee in addition to the product price (including taxes). Depending on stock availability, the Company may ship the products you have ordered in several separate consignments. If the products you ordered are shipped in several separate consignments due to the Company's stock or shipping conditions, you will not be charged multiple shipping fees. If you place multiple orders, the price of the products and the shipping fee for each shipment will be submitted to your credit card company for each shipment.
8-1-2. In-Store Pickup at Hermès Store
Some products ordered on the Website can be picked up in-store at certain Hermès stores. Please select in-store pickup at a Hermès store as the delivery method when placing your order. Please note that certain products such as Apple products, cosmetics, and "petite h" products are not eligible for in-store pickup at a Hermès store. In addition, please note that this service may be suspended depending on the situation at the relevant store.
When picking up your products, please have the following two items ready:
- The e-mail with the subject line "Pickup of Your Ordered Products" sent from the Hermès Online Store (Please present either a printed copy of the e-mail or the e-mail displayed on the screen of your smartphone or other device.)
- A government-issued photo ID of the person picking up the products
Examples: driver's license, driving record certificate, residence card, special permanent resident certificate, My Number card, passport, or other document issued by a government agency.
After an order has been placed, the recipient of the products cannot be changed.
8-1-3. Delivery via Parcel Lockers
Because all products are handled as valuable items and therefore hand-delivered to the recipient, receiving products via parcel lockers at your residence is not available as a general rule.
If you wish to use a parcel locker at your residence for reasons such as a prolonged absence, please consult Customer Support (Tel.: 03-3569-3300, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). However, the Company will decline delivery to parcel lockers for certain high-value items, products such as lipsticks that are considered difficult to store in lockers, and deliveries to P.O. boxes or external parcel locker services.
Please note that, after delivery has been made, the Company shall not accept any liability whatsoever in the event that the package is lost or stolen.
8-2. Delivery - Delivery Timeframe
8-2-1. Delivery to Designated Location
Orders are normally shipped within five business days from the business day following acceptance of your order. To specify a delivery date and time, please select your preferred delivery date and time on the order screen.
8-2-2. In-Store Pickup at Hermès Store
When the products you ordered arrive at the Hermès store and are ready for pickup, an automatic e-mail with the subject line "Pickup of Your Ordered Products" will be sent to you. After confirmation of your order on the Hermès Online Store, in-store pickup at the Hermès store will, as a general rule, be available within five business days. However, additional time may be required due to weather, traffic conditions, or other factors.
Please pick up your products within 14 days from the date on which the "Pickup of Your Ordered Products" e-mail is sent.
If you do not pick up your products by the end of the storage period, or if you repeatedly decline to pick up your products, the Company may, at its discretion and without prior notice, refuse to enter into any further transactions with you.
8-3. Delivery - Other Provisions
8-3-1. Delivery to Designated Location
The Company shall not accept any liability whatsoever in the event of damage, loss, or theft, or other similar occurrences affecting the products in the course of delivery.
With respect to the packing method used for delivery, the Company endeavors to ensure that products are delivered in the best possible condition. If any damage occurs to the packaging during delivery, please check the products in the presence of the courier.
If your products have not been delivered within 10 days after e-mail with the subject line "Shipment of Your Order" has been sent, please contact Customer Support (Tel.: 03-3569-3300, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
The Company recommends that you check the products at the time you receive them to make sure they are the products you ordered. In the unlikely event that products are defective or different from those you ordered, please contact Customer Support (Tel.: 03-3569-3300, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and inform them of any relevant details, such as the package has arrived with the seal broken or the product is damaged.
8-3-2. In-Store Pickup at Hermès Store
If, after the products you ordered have arrived at the Hermès store, you wish to change to home delivery, please contact Customer Support (Tel.: 03-3569-3300, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). In such cases, a new shipping fee will apply. Please note that the fee will not be the standard nationwide flat rate of 770 yen (including consumption tax) which is generally applicable to orders placed on the Website; instead, a shipping fee determined by the Hermès store from which the products are shipped will be payable by you on delivery.
8-4. Delivery - Product Storage Period
8-4-1. Delivery to Designated Location
After product shipment, if the products are returned to the Company due to refusal of receipt, impossibility of delivery for reasons attributable to you, or your prolonged absence (in accordance with the storage period set by the courier), the products will be handled as a return for your convenience after Customer Support (Tel.: 03-3569-3300, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) has contacted you by e-mail or telephone within 7 days from the date on which the products are returned to the Company by the courier. Shipping fees for reshipment as well as any shipping fees incurred due to refusal of receipt or prolonged absence will be borne by you.
Please also note that the Company may refuse to accept future orders from you.
8-4-2. In-Store Pickup at Hermès Store
Please pick up your products within 14 days from the date on which "Pickup of Your Ordered Products" e-mail is sent. If you do not pick up your products by the end of the storage period, or if you repeatedly decline to receive your products, the Company may, at its discretion and without prior notice, refuse to enter into any further transactions with you.
9-1. For Delivery to Designated Location
9-1-1. Returns and Refunds via Website
Please note that returns and refunds are not accepted for products other than defective or misdelivered products. If products are defective or have been misdelivered, please initially contact Customer Support (Tel.: 03-3569-3300, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
However, even if products are defective or have been misdelivered, the Company may refuse to provide a refund and will return the products to you if any of the following cases applies:
- where you have not contacted Customer Support in advance;
- where more than 30 days have elapsed between the date on which you received the products and the date on which the returned products arrive at the Company;
- where we are unable to contact you at all during the 14-day period starting from the date on which the returned products arrive at the Company.
If, for any reason, a partial or full refund is to be made, the refund will be processed in accordance with the method of payment you used. Please note that the Website only accepts returns and refunds for products purchased on the Website and does not accept returns or refunds for products purchased at Hermès stores.
9-1-2. Returns and Refunds at Hermès Stores
Hermès stores do not accept returns or refunds for products purchased on the Website, regardless of the reason.
9-2. For In-Store Pickup at Hermès Store
The provisions of "9-1. For Delivery to Designated Location" shall apply accordingly.
10-1. For Delivery to Designated Location
10-1-1. Exchanges via Website
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact Customer Support (Tel.: 03-3569-3300, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and then return the product together with all accompanying accessories.
However, the Company may refuse to exchange the product and will return the product to you if any of the following cases apply:
- where you have not contacted Customer Support in advance;
- where more than 30 days have elapsed between the date on which you received the products and the date on which the returned products arrive at the Company;
- where we are unable to contact you at all during the 14-day period starting from the date on which the returned products arrive at the Company;
- where any signs of use of the products are detected;
- where any parts of the product are missing;
- where any accessories included with the products at the time of shipment from the Company are missing (For accessories, please refer to "10-3-1. For Delivery to Designated Location".);
- where any alterations have been made to the products from the condition in which they were shipped by the Company, such as additional holes made in a belt; or
- where the products fall into any of the following categories, except in the case of initial defects: (1) fragrances, (2) cosmetics, (3) baby-related items, and (4) certain Apple Watch Hermes products.
After confirming the condition of the returned products, the Company will process the exchange. As a general rule, exchanges are limited to a single exchange and only for products listed on the Website that are of equal or greater price, subject to availability.
Products may be exchanged for bags or small leather goods only if the products being exchanged are also bags or small leather goods. Exchanges to products other than bags and small leather goods may be made from products in any category.
Orders placed on the Website for the purpose of securing products for exchange are not accepted. For any products you wish to exchange, please be sure to contact Customer Service.
If the price of the product you wish to receive in exchange exceeds the price of the product being returned, only credit card payments are accepted for the payment of the difference in price; Apple Pay and PayPay cannot be used to pay this difference.
10-1-2. Exchanges at Hermès Store
Procedures may differ depending on the store, so for further details, please contact Customer Support (Tel.: 03-3569-3300, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) in advance.
However, the Company may refuse to process an exchange if any of the following cases apply:
- where you have not contacted Customer Support in advance;
- where more than 30 days have elapsed between the date on which you received the products and the date on which the returned products arrive at the Company;
- where we are unable to contact you at all during the 14-day period starting from the date on which the returned products arrive at the Company;
- where any signs of use of the products are detected;
- where any parts of the product are missing;
- where any accessories included with the products at the time of shipment from the Company are missing (For accessories, please refer to "10-3-1. For Delivery to Designated Location.");
- where any alterations have been made to the products from the condition in which they were shipped by the Company, such as additional holes made in a belt; or
- where the products fall into any of the following categories, except in the case of initial defects: (1) fragrances, (2) cosmetics, (3) baby-related items, and (4) certain Apple Watch Hermes products, (5) "petit h" products.
Exchanges of neckties, scarves and shoes for a different color, pattern or size, where the products are of the same price, are handled in the same way at all Hermès stores. However, at some stores, you may also exchange the product you have purchased for a higher-priced product by paying the price difference at the store.
Products may be exchanged for bags or small leather goods only if the products being exchanged are also bags or small leather goods. Exchanges to products other than bags and small leather goods may be made from products in any category.
However, in either case, you will be asked to select products from the stock currently available at the store you visit. Hermès stores do not accept orders or reservations in connection with exchanges.
"petit h" products purchased on the Website cannot be exchanged at Hermès stores.
10-2. For In-Store Pickup at Hermès Store
The provisions of "10-1.For Delivery to Designated Location" shall apply accordingly.
10-3. Exchanges - Shipping Fees and Returned Items
10-3-1. For Delivery to Designated Location
When exchanges are made for reasons attributable to you, the shipping fees for sending the products to the Company shall be borne by you.
When returning products to the Company, please send all of the following items together with the products:
- the product(s);
- the shopping bag;
- the orange box or equivalent gift packaging;
- the ribbon;
- the delivery slip (if provided);
- the compliment card (if provided);
- the instruction manual (if applicable);
- the receipt (if you requested one);
- all accessories that were packaged together with the product at the time of delivery;
- the warranty (for watches);
- the gemstone and precious metal certificate (for jewelry).
If any of the items to be returned are missing, the Company may refuse to process the exchange.
Please note that the Company shall not accept any liability whatsoever in the event of loss, misdelivery, or delay in delivery while the products you wish to return are in transit back to the Company.
10-3-2. For In-Store Pickup at Hermès Store
The shipping fee charged for your original order is not included in the amount applicable to the exchange. The items that must be returned with the products for an exchange are the same as those set out in "10-3-1. For Delivery to Designated Location."
The Website is operated by Hermès International, the parent company of the Hermès Group, which has granted the Company the right to sell Hermès products via the Internet on the Website.
Use of the Website and purchases of products listed on the Website are governed by these Conditions of Sale. In order to make purchases on the Website, you must agree to comply with and be bound by these Conditions of Sale, and you must also agree to the Website’s privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). Please refer to "12. Security and Personal Information."
Hermès International and the Company, as authorized by Hermès International, may revise these Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy at any time. If you wish to continue making purchases on the Website after a revision, you must agree to comply with and be bound by the revised Conditions of Sale, and you must also agree to the revised Privacy Policy. The most recent versions of these Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy are available by clicking "Legal" in the footer of the screen and then clicking "Terms and Conditions of Sale" or "Privacy Policy."
The use of personal information that you agree to provide to Hermès International on the Website is governed by the Privacy Policy (please refer to "Privacy Policy"). Hermès International may, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, change or revise the Privacy Policy at any time. The Website is not intended for use by minors.
Please be aware that there are websites that may resemble the Website. There may be websites with URLs that could be mistaken for the URL of the homepage of the Website, or websites that display and sell products similar to those sold on the Website. Because such websites may not be affiliated with the Website, please be sure you are accessing the homepage of the Website at www.Hermes.com when browsing and making purchases. Please also be aware that the Company cannot accept a request for exchange or other services for products purchased on websites other than the Website.
All materials on the Website (including drawings, designs, illustrations, photographs, soundtracks, written text, logos, trademarks, and all other intellectual property) are the sole and exclusive property of Hermès International or one of its subsidiaries. Except as expressly provided in these Conditions of Sale, you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works based on, modify, or sell any of the materials published on the Website in whole or in part by any means or method.
The Hermès trademark "Hermes," the horse-and-carriage trademark image, and all other marks and logos (whether or not they are registered), as well as the domain name "Hermes.com," are the exclusive property of Hermès International. Reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification, or use of any of these trademarks for any purpose whatsoever without the express consent of Hermès International is prohibited.
You are not permitted to remove any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights notices that are published on the Website or any of its contents. You may make a single copy of web pages published on the Website for your own private and non-commercial use. However, you must retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights notices appearing on such web pages in any copies you make.
Hermès International and its affiliates (including the Company) shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits and other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website, even if Hermès International or its affiliates (including the Company) have been advised of the possibility of such damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Hermès International or its affiliates.
Hermès International makes no warranties or representations with respect to the following:
- that the Website is free from viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other destructive material;
- that the information published on the Website is accurate, complete, or up to date.
The Website may contain technical inaccuracies or other defects. Neither the Company nor Hermès International warrants that any such defects will be corrected. The Website and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company and Hermès International expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties regarding the fitness of the Website or its contents for general or any particular purposes, its quality, or compliance with all statutory provisions.
These Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Conditions of Sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. By agreeing to these Conditions of Sale, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of that court.
Terms of Use for the Reservation Service
When using the Hermès product reservation service (hereinafter, the "Service") via the Hermes.com website (hereinafter, the "Website"), you are required to agree in advance to the application of these Terms of Use (hereinafter, the "Terms").
Hermès Japon (hereinafter, the "Company") may revise the Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time you request the Service shall apply. The Service is provided by the Company free of charge.
To best meet customers' expectations, the list of products offered for reservation on the Website and/or in the stores may be modified from time to time depending on product availability.
The availability of products eligible for reservation can be confirmed by selecting a store using the "Find in Store " function on the Website.
Information on product availability reflects the inventory status of each store; however, as inventory levels are constantly changing, the information may differ from the most current inventory status. In the event of any change to availability information, the Company will make every effort to notify you as promptly as possible.
After selecting the store where you wish to collect the product, confirming the product details and price, and agreeing to the Terms, you will receive an e-mail from the Company acknowledging receipt of your reservation request (hereinafter, "Reservation Request Confirmation E-Mail"). Please note that the Reservation Request Confirmation E-Mail does not constitute a binding undertaking to reserve the product.
If the selected store has the product in stock, the Company will send you an e-mail regarding acceptance of the reservation (hereinafter, the Reservation Acceptance E-Mail) on or around the business day following the date on which the reservation request was made. You are requested to retain the Reservation Acceptance E-Mail as it shall serve as proof of the reservation. The Hermès Store - General Terms And Conditions of Sale - shall apply to reserved products (hereinafter, the "Reserved Product").
If the Reserved Product cannot be made available, the Company will make every effort to notify you by e-mail as promptly as possible.
If the product is in stock, the Reservation Acceptance E-Mail will include information regarding collection of the Reserved Product.
However, the Company may, upon prior notice, change the time or date for collection of the Reserved Product. The Company will notify you in the event of any change regarding collection of the Reserved Product.
Reservation of the selected product shall remain valid for one week from the date the in-store collection request e-mail is sent (the applicable period may vary depending on the store). If the Reserved Product is not collected within the applicable period, the reservation will be cancelled.
Please present the Reservation Acceptance E-Mail when collecting the Reserved Product. Payment for the Reserved Product shall be made at the store selected for reservation at the time of collection. The price payable for the Reserved Product shall be the Company's price in effect at the time the customer collects the Reserved Product.
If you wish to have a representative collect and pay for the Reserved Product on your behalf, the representative must present the Reservation Acceptance E-Mail.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Reserved Product shall remain with the Company until payment of the purchase price has been completed. Ownership of the Reserved Product shall transfer to you upon effective payment of the full price.
A reservation request may be cancelled through your account until it has been accepted by the Company. If you cancel the reservation after the request has been accepted, please contact the store directly.
Only one (1) product at a time may be reserved through the Service. To reserve another product, you must either collect the Reserved Product or cancel the existing reservation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court.
