Returns and exchanges

• We recommend that you try your shoes on non-abrasive or carpeted surfaces. We will not be able to accept your return if the sole is damaged or marked.
• The Hermès Sellier tag must be intact, attached, and free of any alteration or damage. Personalized product cannot be refunded or exchanged.
