Hermès will be pleased to exchange the products within 1 month following the date of the purchase upon presentation of the retail receipt or the exchange voucher. The product must be presented in a perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Products purchased in Greece may be exchanged in a Hermès store in another country (except in Argentina, Brazil, China, India, Lebanon, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and airport stores), provided that the relevant local legislation allows such exchange and to the exclusion of any Product concerned by CITES regulation.

No credit note can be provided in such a case.

The exchange of a Product bought in Greece for an item from the "handbags, luggage and small leather goods" category cannot take place abroad unless the original purchase is part of this same category. For example, a ready-to-wear item bought in Greece cannot be exchanged abroad for a handbag.

Credit notes will not be issued by HERMES Grece for Products bought outside Greece, these Products may only be exchanged.

The exchange of a Product bought abroad for an item from the "handbags luggage and small leather goods" category cannot take place in Greece unless the original purchase is part of this same category.
For example, a ready-to-wear item bought abroad cannot be exchanged in Greece for a handbag.
All other terms of sale are provided for in the conditions of sale of the Hermès shop having made the sale.
