The story behind
In the grand tradition of Robert Dumas' designs of the 1950s – where objects were artfully arranged on the ground – this delicate composition brings together the essentials for a stylish horsewoman out for a ride. For her, wild berries gathered along the way; for her mount, a reward of fresh carrots. A small embroidered coat of arms, an equestrian engraving, elegant bridles and vibrant jockeys' silks add color and whimsy to this portable cabinet of curiosities.
