The story behind
Historically, mah-jong tiles were made of horn or ivory. Here, they are presented in engraved mahogany to offer players the game's characteristic sounds. Named in reference to Asia's ancient trading post and place of exchange, Macao holds the secrets of a game with an age-old ritual within its precious chest. Epsom calfskin in a variety of colors adorns the mahogany box lid.
