The story behind
The fully hand-embroidered Cordelie pillows are the fruit of a long process and exceptional know-how. Wool cord is applied to a cashmere base using an embroidery hook, to draw, like with a pencil, the lines and flat tints of the geometric compositions. The two designs: "Arcon" and "H Oxer" are the Cordelia rug designs but on pillows. Drawn by Pierre Charpin, "Arcon" and "H Oxer" respectively evoke the forms of a pommel horse and obstacle bars.
