The story behind

For several years, Italian artist Gianpaolo Pagni has been working on sticker albums that take many different forms, whether it's creating albums and unique stickers, reinventing old albums or installation art and video animations. These albums have always been a playground of inspiration for him, an opportunity to discover all kinds of images bringing him back to his childhood. ""Construction"" is a cashmere blanket composed of nine brightly-colored rectangular windows which slot together. This blanket explores new know-how.
The cashmere rectangles are joined together using a relinking technique, identical to the technique used on Twillaines from the ready-to-wear collections. It allows for subtle assembly with no visible seams to ensure the front and back are identical, while also still offering an exceptionally smooth feel.
