The story behind
Historically, Mah-Jong tiles were made of horn or ivory. Here, they are presented in engraved natural mahogany to offer players these expected sounds. Named in reference to Asia's ancient trading post and place of exchange, "Macao" contains the secrets of a game with an age-old ritual within its precious chest. Evercolor calfskin, Epsom calfskin and Niloticus lizard leathers in a variety of grains and colors adorn the natural mahogany box lid.
