The story behind
It's 9 pm – time to leave the paddock. Did you forget anything? A few carrots, perhaps, or some sugar cubes to snack on. Better yet, slip some mane detangler under the saddle; that might come in handy, too. And then, of course, the inevitable minty kiss... just in case. For his first scarf, Pierre-Marie Postel has filled his vending machines with everything a horse could possibly desire for an evening out without a rider.
