The Story behind
King Ferdinand VII of Spain travelled to France in this Berlin carriage in 1808. Its gigantic rear wheel, a feature that was very unusual at the time, is what makes it so unique. In 2015, Wlodek Kaminski was inspired by classic horse-drawn vehicles for the design of his scarf, which has now been reinterpreted in a bayadere style. Through this graphic effect of alternating stripes, tradition and modernity are seamlessly intertwined.
