Harnessing the Roots is part of Hermès Heritage, a series of themed events. Encircled by the famous horseman of Animal Locomotion (1887) by Eadweard Muybridge (1830-1904) – rendered colossal by Laurence Fontaine’s staging – this exhibition puts the power of pictures and dialogues into perspective, offering insight into Hermès’ equestrian fundamentals, seizing the reins of its signature elegance.
