Product description
Hermes earrings in silver
Once upon a time, at the origin of Hermès was the harness. Since 1837, the house has been crafting metal and leather to manufacture harnesses, buckles and bits.
In 1927, these forms of expertise inspired Hermès to create its very first piece of jewellery, the Filet de selle bracelet, which consisted of a miniature silver bit on a leather strap.
Since then, the Harness-making theme has never ceased to be an inspiration for its jewellery: bits, harnesses, chains and buckles are variously styled in gold and silver according to the collection.
